Title: how do iI tell the difference between 2000> usa flights and the later taiwan

I want some 175 usa made 1999/2000 175 twin pinchers
is there a difeference between the later Taiwanese ones and the yank ones
i.e. are the us ones imperial fastners?
is the us axle imperial

I get the late 90's were half wrap
2000> full wrap twin pinch - how do I tell?
