Hello BMX'ers,
I'm Andy (from Germany) and I'm glad to be a part of this forum. It's my first forum ever, so I'll have to learn how several things work in here. (...allready read the forum-rules ;) )
Recently I made the wise decision to get my good old GT-ProWorldTour Performer back in shape. I'm looking forward to ride again, as I did a lot when I was in my teenage years. Maybe I will need some help here and there in the future on how to execute some flatland-tricks properly. The oldschool freestyle-section might be the right place, if I'm not mistaken.
What I couldn't figure out yet is the right forum-section to talk about my bike, in order to get a better understanding about how this bike needs to be (are there any parts missing, what's the right colour and so on).
I already did some research myself, but accurate information is hard to find. Maybe someone can tell me, what the right section is in here, because I don't want to voilate any rules.
Have a nice day everybody -
Andy

Welcome Andy, you are in the right place!
What section depends on what year your performer is....there is a lot of debate about where old skool finishes and where mid school begins!

Two days ago I got my bike back from the mechanic. Now I will give it a try to upload a picture I took yesterday.
Apologies in advance that I do it in this tread (I know this isn't the right section), but I don't want to open up a new one and screw it up. I just want to make sure that I do this upload properly. If everything works as I expect it to do, I will (or can) delete the picture from here if needed. Thanks for your temporary understandig ;).

Thanks ;)
I'm based in Augsburg ( about 50km from Munich - oktoberfest-city ;D ). Cologne is a pretty cool place. From my older brother I know, there used to be a great bmx-scene in the 80's. You'll find some nice poeple there I'm sure, but if you are near by my hometown, you're welcome ;) .
