Title: YOUR SHINY HELMET !

With the Liverpool ride coming up i'm just wondering who wears a helmet when out riding ?

Weirdly i use a lid when i'm out mountaineer biking with the kids seat on the back so my little one will wear hers, but never use one when i'm bmx'ing  :uglystupid2:

what do you do, and will you be using one at Liverpool or on any other ride outs ?

I bought one last year as they won't let you ride without one at the Rhyl track. Mani had one at Brum that looked cool. :daumenhoch:

anyone who visits Liverpool should wear full riot gear ... unless they are a scouser  :LolLolLolLol:   so you should be ok Sam  :2funny:

I worked with a lad from Bolton who thought a scouse accent sounded sexy  :idiot2:  i said anyone  who says "de doo do don't de do" is NOT sexy.

i do like to strech my legs (and chain) a bit when were out. My bikes are built for riding not just stroking gently  :uglystupid2:
