Does anybody know what they are?and what type of wheel they were off?

I had three tab type ones on my nankai freecoaster. I think the also fit sturney archer hub as well.
They do look like that if I remember. But it is difficult to judge the size of the hub hole with a photo. :daumenhoch:

Thanks for the info, maybe they could be off the Haro I used to have with Skyways coaster?

They could well be fella - and yep, they also fit Sturmys.

who knows? anyway your one probably used to fit you, I only got mine because my mom managed to shrink it in the washer and it wouldn't fit dad any more
I remember it was very thick because of the shrinking
she carried on with this process until it would have fitted my youngest brother, by then though it was so sturdy it could almost stand up on its own

Think those were also on coaster tuffs aswell...
