Apart from heavy and ugly does anyone have any idea what make this is

Look a lot like generic cranks you got on post 2000+ Diamond Backs and the like.

They were on my bully when I bought it and my god heavy ain't even the word

I've got a couple of sets that came on eBay finds ..... They look nice but weigh the Fookin earth :D
