Love them or loathe them, here's a few shots. The fully built bike is the prototype we had made back In May that I smuggled back to the UK in my hand luggage.

Dom, that is sweet mate
How does it compare to the OG 80's Gen 1? Is it aesthetically identical, same geometry etc?

Thanks fella's
The geometry is identical from the angle point of view and its a gen 1 with a slacker head angle and the non welded underside of the gusset. The differences are the BB Shell isnt bevelled, the weep hols inside are larger to ensure nobody can pass it off when broken down. The serials are obviously different too. In fact, the most telling difference is the chrome. Its absolutely minty mint on these. Was done by Bush Plating in Garden grove. CA. They basically plated almost every Californian BMX Brands frames, posts, bars etc during the 80's. GT was there biggest customer ironically but we think they did the original Torker made Haro Freestylers too.
Ben, its been unreal. One day ill blog the year but I have had the craziest time. I have these blurry memories of waking up in a single hotel bed with Ron Wilkserson in San Francisco. Waking up in a bed with Bob Haro in his London Apartment after a session in Brick lane!! surreal..! No funny business or spooning of course. Also went to the ABA HOF Awards ceremony in Chula Vista as a sponsor and the Vegas Haro VIP Dinner was amazing with all the guys. I had to do a speach about the company history and the project, crapped my load. Our very own Jay came along for that one as a thank you from Haro for his lifelong efforts for the brand.
Theres a lot more to come. Im literally putting the finishing touches to a book I have written for Haro on the company history. First of three volumes and I'm running a project to produce a DVD of the company history too. You may have seen some shots of us interviewing a few of the old riders.
