Hi Guys,
Not sure if anyone can point me in the right direction but I am trying to find what my recently purchased Hoffman D130 Pro Star Team looked like when it was new.
There are some details on Bikepedia and looking at the spec I think that it is a 2000 year bike but as yet I have not been able to find any pictures of what the bike looked like when it was new.
My bike has had all its decals removed and I am interested in what it originally looked like.
If anyone can assist it would be much appreciated.
Thanks,
Gary.

Unfortunately it is in my garage stripped to nothing at present and I did not take any pictures before taking it apart.
The frame and forks are gloss black, but all decals removed and many battle scars but no dents or cracks.
As far as I can tell it has the following original parts -
Hoffman dirt jump bars (albiet cut down).
Stem.
Wheels although the chrome on the rims is shot.
Primo Powerbite cranks.
Parts that have definitley been changed are Snafu dirt jump saddle, seat post, oddy pedals, Primo tyres, BSD Glasgow 44T front sprocket and huge Sachs 417 chain, the gyro has been removed but it was supplied with the bike along with the original new front brake and lever.
That's a brief summary.

My bad, based on the fact that it has the Primo cranks and dirty harry brake lever I would say that it is the Pro Team model.

Hi rodriguez, I think the green bike is a 2002 Hoffman Pro EP.
The frame is much more similar to this one which is a 2002 Hoffman Pro Dirty I Thirty

I will get some pictures of my frame up shortly.

My last D130 I got as a frame only (gloss black with gold decals I think).
My current one (which might be revamped soon) is light blue and real mix 'n' match of parts. :D

Right here are a few pictures.
First up a few of the frame showing the battle scars, the flash made them look worse than they really are.

You get the idea.
Here are some after the battle scars have been touched in, the next step will be a wet sand and then polish. It won't be perfect but should look a whole lot better without laying out too much cash.

Here's a few pictures of the massive Sachs 415 chain that came fitted to the D130, I have cleaned it up quite a bit.
For comparison there is a heavy duty 510 chain next to it

Has anyone else seen a chain like this on a bike before?
-
that chains huge, looks like its off a motorbike!!
that frame came up nicely fella, wheels are nice with the hoffman hubs and branded hoffman alex rims
-
