hello,

im another newbie, just got my first bmx since 1991, its a mongoose 1985 californian, the same as i had when at school in the 80s
been in a loft for years, i dusted it off this week end and it polished up and shines like new :)

Thanks guys, it looks like the bike has harly been used and looks even better now its been polished up,
 will take some better pics in the week :coolsmiley:

would like to fit some renthal handlebars if i can find some :)

just thought i'd share some pics i just taken of my californian 85'
which i bought last week, i just given it a clean off as it was abit dusty being left in a loft for about 25 years untouched.
the chrome looks excellent and the stickers are all good too.
im pleased with it :) last time i had one was 21 years ago!
all i need now is some renthal bars :)

anyone know why.... when i go on the parts for sale topic page and look at items for sale, i cant cant see a reply button at the bottom of the page like i do on this page and others?
so if i see soemthing i want to buy i cant reply to it???

You need to become a 'Site Supporter' mate, cost's a tenner but it means you can buy and sell on here and get much better deals than on the bay.

Someone will post the link of how to do it soon i'm sure :daumenhoch:
