Yep they were a race team in the UK in mid-late 80s when I raced.
-
I think they were owned and run by Karl and Lisa Moult's dad who owned the GT Signs company. Based Nottingham way i believe. Karl was a front runner in his age group (born 1974 ish i guess) in NBMXA.

Still based in Bulwell .......

Researched this a few years back after seeing pics of the team , also have a decal too I think ;)

Spot on fellas....... I'm gonna drop em a line. Not sure which one of the Goode brothers raced my Thruster but know he was midlands based so that would make sense. :daumenhoch:

I've a Thruster / Gee - Tee racing jersey that I got in 1988 at the Fiac Worlds in Belgium.
I'm long time wondering... did Thruster still make frames in 1988?

It all went south before then.
It's not worth a dime.
Might as well send it to Andy, just for old times sake!

Yeap, Karls dad was the Tee bit in GEE TEE Signs, he lived up the road from me and before the Thruster deal came along GEE-TEE sponsered the Nottingham Outlaws team I was on, Terry is nolonger anything to do with GEE-TEE Signs so doubt anyone there has a clue about their BMX racing history. ;)
