Title: 115 miles on a BMX! BMX coach takes on Ride Around London

East London BMX coach Simon Hall is taking up the extreme challenge of completing Access Sport's 115 mile Ride Around London on 30th September! Do you think he can do it?

Thats some kinda ride it covers the hills out by Muswell hill Alexander palace,Crystal palace inner london the west end.....not for the fat 40 somethings like me!
