yeah man thats it alright the bb is stamped thun mine was red seat  ect cant explain the cali sticker though cheers for the help

id be inclined to agree with you until is seen the GP in the museum they look well far forward too and the welds are sound an the fork legs are straight as a die the look as if they were welded like that you can even see it on the scan above odd mabe stevie wonder was making the forks up in the factory
