A massive thanks to 'Cider' Jon for the Frame & Bits. He has been a superstar and a real gent. Big props mate !
The bike's not quite how I want it yet, but almost there. Had my first ride yesterday at the BAD track and it feels fantastic. I didn't want to make it look completely like an old skool bike, but wanted a taste of old and new.

I have a Hershey Billet brake for it, and tried it out yesterday, however the current lever I have doesn't work well with it, so have gone back to the XTR for now. Anyone got a spare Paul Love Lever ?

Bars are to be replaced with chrome SE Crow (?) Bars and I may change the seat post for an Odyssey Intac, as I find the seat is too far forward, and it will lay it back an inch or 2. If I can get one at a good price I will also sting a Chris King Headset on it.

Nice San,
welcome to the PK20 club.
I run an xlite clikon post to get my seat a little further back
:) DINGO :)
p.s I might fancy that XTR brake off you if you wanna part with it?

WOW! sweet bike!
-
nice bike dude, how does it ride? is the front end heavy to lift? just wondering with the length of top and down tubes and PK geometry :)
-
The geometry I think is the Kappa standard, which is actually Hutch Judge+21" TT. The front end comes up easier than any other new school bike I have ridden ! They are just so neutral=easy to ride. I have tried a 90's Ripper XL and didn't like the way that felt. I have a Kappa Brutus as well, so it was easy to get on and ride.

wow wow
she looks mint man

I'm with you San on the Kappa Love Thang ;D ;D ;D
-
San,
what lever are you running at the moment?
:) DINGO :)
It's a Tektro V-Brake lever. Not enought reach on it for the Hershey, but works fine for a regular V-brake.

You beauty :smitten:
I'm Liking that, gives me a bit of an idea of what my Supercross will look like when it's finished (the black one) :daumenhoch:
