i know its bottom end pos but was kind of wondering what it was

Nothing special as it has a kickstand mount behind the BB, usually indicates a POS ;)

peice of shite ;) refers to a unknown cheaper frame
if you paint/powder it and build it up to what you want, with the right idea's and colour choice - you can have a sweet looking bike ;)
don't give up - make it what you want ;)

I've got one of those cheapy GT performer lookie likeys that will look a whole lot better after a bit of welding, some powder and suitable stickers.
Cut the seat clamp off and the cable guides and sticker it up. It must look like something else.
