Yeah - some peoples vision appears to be impared when it comes to selling..... I just got a set of forks over at the 'Museum sent to me, and the seller had refrained from mentioning the fact that the forking steerer tube had been cut down - even sent pictures that showed the top of the steerer but at an angle so's you couldn't see the cut.....

that's clearly a genuine mistake. Someone not clued up on old school bmx or in with the old school bmx in crowd
so they had a look at old school bmx stuff and saw people put "NOS" on their adverts.
Obviously they didn't know what NOS meant but just thought it was the done thing.

This is just an innocent mistake, I bet you all knew what NOS was before you got into old school bmx didn't you? (or some other forum for old sh1te)
Funny, cos quite a lot of you apparently clued up old school types seems to have diffuculty with what is and isn't NOS. lol.

Yeah - the listing smacks of not knowing what they're on about - although they've managed to bag quite a bit of neg feedback over the last year. Could stand for/they might think it stands for 'Nice Old School' or 'Nackered Old Stock' or 'Nora's Owl Shatcrank'

And the NOS isn't just limited to old schoolers - there's forkin' mid-schoolers out there with the same crap ideas about NOS, or even servicible parts....grrrr..... *rant over*
