OK, lets start with a quick little bit of history :D - BITD MT Racing started as MT Sports. MT Supply was a well respected US distributor who sold the MT Sports brand.
In late 82 early 83 the name MT Sports became MT Racing and that is when MT Racing started to sell their own products world wide under their own brand name. Factory riders included Pro Robby Rupe and amateur Mahlon Abrhams.
Anyway................I picked this rare little beauty up from ebay US last year. It's a 1982 MT Supply Zebra (one of only 2 that I know of in existence). They were only available in Chrome or Black.
It's taken a while to research what parts she would have been supplied with but after many emails around the world i'm pretty confident she's 99% factory spec.
Big thank you to Dan for the super sweet powder and to Joff for re-painting the headset, stem top, spider and building up the wheels :4_17_5:
I would also like to thank Del for the SUPERB repro decals he has produced - these have got to be his best yet and are absolutely perfect :4_17_5: Thanks guys :coolsmiley:
Right, here are the original ebay pics..............
