Title: 85 Master rebuild
Post by: Robbo on November 27, 2010, 04:18 PM
A while back a good friend of mine asked me to rebuild his tatty 85 Master, the biggest change being he wanted it chrome plated. So a quick call to Hockley Chrome and a time scale of 4 weeks quoted the frame/forks/bars and fork standers where with them the next day, anyway 8 fecking weeks later it was finally ready!! :Aresehole:

Most of the parts where already there, he asked me to source a few new bits and I suggested the green stem top and seat clamp (thanks again SBD)  :daumenhoch:

Anyway, its not your normal colour scheme but in the sunlight it looks really fresh. My pants camera doesnt do the bike justice.

Here's the spec bit.

Peregrine semi pro wheels
Green Haro tyres
Takagi OPC

Viscount Dominator

Yes mate, its a good job but I've found a few small imperfections while building it. Wouldnt be show quality but very nice for a rider.  :daumenhoch:

Looks sweet but I'm not keen on the fusion post.  :daumenhoch:

I'd like to see what it looked like with a green chainring, green pedals and green Dominator seat.  ;)
