a good vid,it wouldnt look out of date compared to todays riding.has bmx actually progressed that much since then...i think no

The only thing I think has changed is, back then it seemed like only a handfull of riders could do the big advanced stuff - where as now you'll see some unknown knock out a flair or triple tailwhip or whatever. Tricks seem to go and comeback too - like the oldschool no hander, the newschoolers seem to love knocking them out - they (in the 90s) where the easy alternative to suiside no handers - which I could never pull, haha. The Nothings making a big comeback this year :P haha, I predict.

You may be right, there was a bikeflip attempt in there near the beginning :daumenhoch:

I used land nothings, in late 90s - these days closest I get is nofooter1hander. Might try a few this summer see if I can re-live some old riding magic ;D - I spent last year trying to do a 1/2 good no hander :-[ & IU still cannot turndown :-[ :-[ very well.
Talking of nothings comming back - check the street nothing in this clip from downunder - one of best clips Ive seen in ages

Eye, thought you'd like that. Those guys are serious. The superman seat grab to fakie on the flat bank = BMX too. The spots they were riding look scary as hell - things always look a little small on the tinty, but you can tell those were big gaps.
