I've got a Karate course that day but it is in Manchester.....and finishes at 2 so what time does the racing start? Could somebody book me in? Practicing on the course before hand does'nt seem to improve me anyway :LolLolLolLol:

Id love to mate but the wrist is stll too weak, the surgeon has told the phisio it will be another 4 weeks until she can start to manipulate my wrist to get it moving again.

JD no power wanking straight away, ease yourself into it, light feathering for 2 weeks, then some speed wanking (stamina training) and by week 4 you should be ready to do the splits between 2 chairs and combine all the training.....THE POWERWANK
