Cheers Matt. Rd 6 already! I think I've done 3 so far. I will try to be there on Sunday (not easy in this cold weather after 4 weeks off the bike).
-
you'll be alright mike :daumenhoch: i raced at pride of essex after not riding for 8 weeks, and harvey hadn't ridden for 8 months although it did show ::) he struggled all day but its given him a challenge to get fit again.Darren boughton hadn't ridden for a while and got left behind a bit but we all had a top day and will be at daggers sunday :daumenhoch:

Good to hear that Te Harve is back on the bike.
I wasn't on about fitness/skills Lee, I meant whether I could drag my lazy arse out into the cold to race after having 4 weeks of eating/drinking and no exercise.

Let sunday be the 1st bit of exercise after four weeks of eating & drinking Mike, leave it much longer & you may reach the point of no return :LolLolLolLol:
& if you commit there's every chance the coming snows will get you off the hook but you'd have shown willing so no harm done :2funny:

Got a shock when I weighed myself last week - 14 stones!
I'll try my best to get there on Sunday.
