what size spokes do i need to lace bullseye hubs to araya 7x , are they the same size as a small flange suntour or suzue ( 194mm ) ?

not sure on the size of bulleye hubs bit i just used 187mm and 189mm to build up small flange suzue hubs to 7X's (F&R) if that helps

just stripped some 7B's with bullseyes and the spokes are 196mm, i use this calc tool http://www.wheelpro.co.uk/spokecalc/

if you need 196mm you can have this set fos £12 posted in chrome with nipples , they've been built but never ridden
