Very nice, That brake looks fiddly to set up.
What happened to the stem back?

Yeah very nice, I think bikes look so much better with the frame/forks and bars the same colour.
did you raw the bars and forks? thinking of doing mine.

stem was battered with a hammer then polished, i got it cheap from the bay and it'd been really badly stripped,

yes, rawed the forks and bars, bars seemed to be plated galvanized/plated which was a bit disappointing,

yes, stripped brake, oven cleaner then buffed, titanium bolts from ebay, fly spring tensioners, titanium pad nuts from blue6 bolts, heatsink pads s/hand from the bay, stripped and polished,  onza chill pill hanger polished and mother of pearl inlaid by umper,

the fly spring tensioners look out of place in the pics so i'll strip them to raw later today,  :LolLolLolLol:

Haha, that's how I want my bike to be but I never get round to stripping all the stuff. I am slowly chipping the finish off each part though. Yours looks amazing and eventually I hope to make mine similar.

BTW can you link me to the right size Titanium bolts for the fly brakes please? It's the last Ti bolt I need for my bike. I say need....

Also can you recommend the Nokon cable for bar spinning tricks with a straight cable? Is it that much better than a linear cable? I am trying to justify the cost you see.

used a sharpie to black th logo's out, :LolLolLolLol:

nokon cable is just mechanically beautiful, simple and elegant,
doesnt work any better than a regular linear cable imo,
apart from the outer lasting way longer,

ti bolt for the brake was from some small company on the bay, they do an elementary bolt and stem bolts too,

there you go dude,
i got an odyssey lever kit from them too, very good quality,

check out blue6 too, charles work is second to none,

ti...... i fooking love that stuff :smitten:

Thanks for the Nokon comments, I am still undecided on that one.

I love Ti bits too as I work with the stuff. I'll post my full Ti guard I made for my Animal sprocket eventually. Although I have been thinking of moving to a larger Tree (with custom Ti guard again) or an RNC sprocket.

I have Knight bikes Ti Elementary and Pivotal bolts, London bikes Ti rear axle, Profile Ti crank axle, and got the hook up with Blue6 after I helped them out with some stuff and have, lever bolt, brake pad nuts, crank and sprocket bolts in Ti. All super sick, love Charles's stuff and he's a great guy to deal with.

I just need a brake lever pivot bolt and the fly brake pivot bolts. Also I could do with something snazzy for my rear straddle hanger.

I am also trying to get a Ti frame but it never seems to happen.

I never realised how much of a tart I was until now.  :2funny:

nice one steve, glad its arrived safe and sound,

tbh alex put a fair bit and time into getting this frame sorted for me and knowing you and him are friends was a big part of swaying me to sell it,
it would certainly never be on e-bay i can say that much, it'd still be with me and built up before that,

so a big thanks again to alex for getting it sorted for me,

from both myself and the general :smitten:

gutted to have to part with it tbh but i'm on the verge of being homeless so needs must, if you ever decide to let it go steve lmk :daumenhoch:

its a thing of beauty, the best made frame i've ever seen and the only one of its kind in the world
