Olivia did really well , think she is a natural.  

There's no doubting it's a 'custom' mate and certainley not for the purist's

Maybe once Olivia finds out she painted her own bike she may decide to keep it as a carpet queen

 

I think that's what the better halfs scared of        Think it's safe to say as soon as she see's it she will be out on it . Hope so anyway .

Bit of an update ............


Frame , forks and bars all painted and flatted,polished etc




The last remaining PINK bits have arrived  




So we are hopefully on the home straight      A couple of custom items and she should be ready for Santa to collect

I did say at the start of the thread this wouldn't be for the purist's , well I think I might have taken it one step further this time by actually re-branding a BMX

I have got a set of Pink 'mongoose' frame decals made up just incase Olivia doesn't like the personalised touch  








I had to do her a matching stand and number plate

Torker Tony for the Pink brakes  

Ed209 for some Pink rider tyres  

and Muddstud for some spoked rider wheels which is what i originally had planned for the bike . These need a little bit of work , some White spokes and Pink hubs and she's sorted

Hi im new to this site so i hope you dont mind me butting in!!! Lovin the pink!! This is why i joined this forum, i have just bought my 11 year ild daughter a second hand GT (its only 8 months old) and i am going to customise it BIG to her style (airbrushing/spraying is my job) but i know NOTHING about BMX's and wanted a few ideas.... What colour is the pink and is it out of a rattle can??  like that youve got your daughter spraying young, im a chick and its a very male dominated spraying world!!!

Good luck with your daughters build , going off the work you have already done it will be a stunner  
The PINK is straight out of a 'rattle can' , Plastikote heather i think .
