ive managed to blag a gazebo so if it does rain o/s can shelter first come first served

So I dug out my numberplates from the attic. Whichever I'm not using myself I'm happy to lend, out there's:
Black Zeronine plate with no number on.
A JIVE plate, white number 2 on black background.
Zeronine cruiser plate white number 3 on gold background.

Numbers that are all probably in use already!
I'll probably bring my newschool cruiser if anyone wants to ride it.

Now then,

James pointed me in the direction of this forum, to introduce myself ahead of Sunday's event. I should have woken up enough by midday to start speaking, but prior to that I'll probably just stand around looking awkward and smoking tabs.

Contrary to speculation, the Stunts part of my name refers to an old music project, and in no way represents my skills on a bike. I haven't ridden a BMX in 12 years and it must be 20 years since I rode my Falcon Pro (rebadged with March Racing stickers) around Kendal track, so Sunday could be interesting.

I should thank in advance James and Moley, who are providing everything to get me racing - cheers guys, much appreciated - and thanks also to whoever rings for the ambulance when I doubtless bin it and hurt myself.

Ambulances are already in attendance as there is First Aid Trackside!!

Anyone who is thinking about numbers for OS plates then look at http://www.ossbmxracing.co.uk to see what people ran last year. look in the North Section.

If you aint got any numbers or a numberplate then they should have some that you can purchase on the cheap!!

Well I managed to sneak the bike out and went for a roll round Bradford earlier this afternoon... it doesn't get any better. $:-\$

In fact if the guys who look after the track don't get busy in the next 48 hours it could be trouble..

At the bottom of the start gate is a nice 'groove' in the track...

As you hit the second set of doubles you might wanna stay central...

There will be no cutting corners..

The lips on the second straight are pretty rough...

..and there are cracks in the rhythm section / final straight.

Certainly needs cleaning up!!

Lets hope its repaired in time and that the weather remains as bright as it was this afternoon...
