I gotta ask , after seeing your post above on page 5 .

You talk about the heavy pitting ( with primer , filling pics etc ) . I've not in a long time seen the kind of pits you show on a properly stripped frame ? , was it the shot blasting that contributed perhaps to this or was this pitting in the chrome ( meaning frame was'nt dipped to remove chrome prior to any prep/paint ) ? .

I'm just shocked by what seem like craters in close up , if this was bare metalled $:-\$ .

I've had 2 of these , nowhere near as bad .

they looked real bad but by touch i bet they were only 30-50 microns deep but the high build primer highlighted the pitting , yes i blasted it and i think maybe the nickol plating hid some of the pitting

yeah canny happy but it still needs hatta head set and dia compe clips and some nice pictures when there is good light

del its nearly nut perfect and its been a hard one , even got the white dia-compe brake blocks / black izumi chain/ flat faced spider ..... i think its only the bars and wheels that are wrong

not only does he knock some cracking bikes out , he does them in record time ! i have had projects that have been going on for bloomin years , i dont know how he does it.
