It hasn`t got a chain because it either has two front wheels on it, or a rear that is the wrong way round, or a rear with no freewheel

how come the winning bidder has bought twice off the seller and you cant see what he bought?, then when you look at the sellers feedback theres no sign of the buyer, no feed back has been left ? seems a bit suss the winning bidder has mad 5 purchases on the bay, 2 off that seller in april last year ?? or am I paranoid boy
