More details needed!!

What doesn't fit?

Does it thread onto your forks (it should do)

Does the Crown race fit your forks? (too tight, too slack, just right?)

Do the cups fit your Headtube?  (too big, too small or just right?)

Is its stack height too high for the forks?

Come on lad, give us a clue!!!  :D

I have the alloy version of that headset, got it last month nos for £20.00.
if it is loose there should be two rings that slot over the top and bottom cups,to make up the right size to fit in the headtube.
at first i thought they were just spare packing .Think the headset is universal ?

THE nut doent seem to be screwing onto the forks ?
i dont want to strip the treads

This may sound silly ,but have u a spare set of forks to try the nut on.
u never know,get it going then then it might want to play
