Musselburgh Track

Thought you all might like to see the new Musselburgh track that is under construction.

The council originally were building a play track but we have managed to convince them to upgrade it to a regional standard track. Hopefully we will get some winter racing this year on the East of Scotland after so many years.

Watch this space for more updates.

The starting straight has to be made 10m wide, the berms and jumps need a bit of work to sort out the profiles and the surfacing needs attention.

Are the council still working on it, or have they pulled out? I went down and there is no sign of further construction, even though the starting straight needs widened?
