It`s got to be gold Mike, red and blue go good on a white bike, gold looks good on any colour, but especially black  :daumenhoch:
I see you stand like greyhounds in the slips,
Straining upon the start. The game's afoot:
Follow your spirit, and upon this charge
Cry 'God for Harry, England, and Saint George!'

Red parts would look more 'factory' if it's a Dialled (not that you have 'factory' colours), but if it's going to be gold, then make it 'champagne' gold and not the cheap yellowy gold. It could end up looking a bit Burner-esque, and you wouldn't want that.
If your'e going for custom annodising then what about 'titanium'- a more subtle browny-gold would look nice against the black.
Is the black-chrome an over-coat finish and will it last? Hunterdubber brought a newly finished Leary Turbo to Preston last week and it was stunning, I think a guy of here called n2cus did it for him. Black chrome never lasted two minutes back in the 80's though.

I didn't think of all the Burner images before I put this thread up, so I'm even more confused now as that's the last thing I want a connection with (sorry Beard  :LolLolLolLol:)

Maybe I will go with all black and a few silver/polished bits instead (don't tell me there was an all black Burner!).

Well, looks like that idea is out of the window.  Called the chromer up today to see how my black chrome finish was getting on and was told they don't do black chrome after all.  When I asked why they'd said they did when  I e-mailed them, he said it must've been some temp who replied to my e-mail who didn't really know what he was on about.

So, looks like I'm getting a regular chrome frame and forks now, not black chrome.  Suppose I could send it off to get the black lacquer done over the chrome, but probably can't be arsed.  So it will probably end up just another chrome frame, forks and bars with black parts now!
