Azusa - The Build so Far **UPDATE**
« on: November 02, 2009, 03:44 PM »
I had one of these before and loved it. I only sold it as my holy grail came up for sale and I needed some fast bucks. The chance to buy that one back came up a couple of times and always at the wrong time.

Then Lazychubs offered his up for sale at the begining of the year and again I was skint. Well we kept in touch and eventually thrashed out a deal that suited us both.

This is the build so far. What do you think?

Azusa's are a JMC tribute frame and forks made in very limited numbers.

I've got a set of Araya Super 7x's on the way for it as well and will see which ones look better before deciding which ones to use. Luckily they both have DX hubs which is nice.

Thank god for that!  :)

Super 7X's will be soooooooo much better

Those Odyessy T1000 or Flame or whatever rims are like 1 3/8's  :LolLolLolLol:  and I hate them, always have! .......Just ask Dingo!  ::)

Sorry

Not sorry really!  >:D

Nice Si, Needs more blue to balance out the rims. Blue hubs or drop the sprocket for a spider and blue chain ring. Nice to see the rims built instead of in my cupboard :LolLolLolLol:

Right here are some updated pics with both wheels on it.

I think I prefer the chrome Arayas to be honest and the blue kashi won't be staying, I've got a black MX to go on it instead.

Sooooo much better with the chrome rims  ;)  if its gonna be a daily rider you had best put a padded seat on it.......

and send to black MX to me!   ???

I really like that Si, it is almost as nice as my cruiser :LolLolLolLol:

Just one thing mate,  you are going to need to drop that seat a good few inches if you intend to ride it. :daumenhoch:
