Just dye'd a white set red using RIT dye  :4_17_5:

Keep the solution warm and keep checking every 5 mins for depth of colour....or as your doing them black just leave them as long as you want  :daumenhoch:

Try and keep the solution warm I use my fishing camping stove (the type that uses a gas bottle) this type of thing

http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/PORTABLE-GAS-CAMPING-COOKER-STOVE-8-GAS-REFILLS-92B_W0QQitemZ230337017138QQcmdZViewItemQQptZUK_SportingGoods_Camping_CookingSupplies_ET?hash=item35a127f532

and a large metal pan/container (I got a metal drum from work and cut it in half) don't boil the stuff just keep it warm  :daumenhoch:

Spoke lenght: 182 for High Flange Hubs and I think....192mm for standard  :daumenhoch:
I might actually build a bike this year instead of just hoarding parts :)
