From people who pay serious money for 20 odd year old bikes you have little sympathy for other collections

those are handmade vandorens in a bespoke pattern , that someone orderd from material samples in the van dorens shop and had made by Vans before they became vans, massively collectible and TBO AS RARE AS RARE CAN BE.

USA made vans get some serious cash and these were a style that was made once , in those fabrics.

for someone who collects vans it like a PK ripper with a factory produced anodize , done just the once in purple or something , with documentation to prove SE did it.

i mean from an outsiders veiw , who the fook would pay 500 plus for a battered up 20 odd year old bike frame , that you cant ride

just my perspective on it as a vans collector and a old bike collector

to give you an Idea of cost , an early ltd edition pattern in slip on or style 95 made by van doren still in the box in an adult size can fetch 500 dollars plus

any USA made vans are collectible and any wearable pair even more so.
