recovery time?

looks like i've fractured my sternum and probably a few ribs too in a heavy fall at the track last weekend.

any ideas on how long to leave it before i get back on the bike?

Dunno about the sternum, but ribs usually take about 4-6 weeks to fully heal, but you can still ride with cracked ribs.
