YOYO, I think it's one of the first Superstar frames, called the Le Treets frame, not 100% sure though... I don't think many were produced, info is hard to find.

Got this back from Superstar :)

Yes, the Treets was our 3rd frame, after the Trail Religion and the
Parkinson.
We produced it from late 2003 to mid 2005.

General specs :
Street frame, Sanko Cr-Mo tubing, 20,50" top tube, 13,8" chain stays
(shortest position), 74,5°/71° angles, micro upper wishbone, D-shape
chain stays, 6 mm Cr-Mo dropouts for 14 mm axle, 2,75 kg (6,07 lbs).

First version :
- standard 1-1/8" head tube.
- US and euro BB.
- no hole inside rear dropouts.
- no weld-on seat clamp.
- no removable gyro tabs.

2nd version :
- integrated head tube.
- spanish BB.
- holes inside rear dropouts.
- weld-on seat clamp.
- removable gyro tabs.
- throught seat tube cable route.
