Tips from R Al...

watch me come low and close the door on James Nada..

(Al has done that to me so many times in the past).

Apart from my strange flip in Moto 2 I was pretty pleased with my riding on the Burner... its short but it does feel quite nice..

Great days racing again, something about Crewe track that I really like, and no major offs was a plus.

I rode an 83 kuwi for a season...I was keepin it real maaaaaan..............................it was shit so I got something longer,

mind you it was alot of work to cut the brake lugs off, reduced the 1 1/8 headtube to 1", get my XLT raceforks threaded, have the carbon frame painted chrome and disguise my spd pedals as DX's. Oh I nearly forgot, I wear modern clothing too but cleverly disguise it as eighties by making sure fook all matches, oh and whenever possible I like to dance with absolutely no rhythm whatsoever to wank music.

I am so Eighties it fooking hurts my fingerless glove laiden hands

I got the font end up and then decided to drop the bike... what a kn0bber..

Its up there with Greg's "I've had enough... I'm climbing off my bike" at Manchester...

I was nailed on for another 3rd place there as well...

3 / 3 / 2 would have looked alot better on my BMX CV than the 3 / 8 / 2

Step by Step Guide to falling with No Style or Grace...

1] Enter Rhythm Section with Head held high...

2] Try and hide your lack of ability behind Floodlight Mast...

3] Keep Front Wheel High...

4] Realise its all goung t1ts up...

5] Confuse the spectators with a change of direction....

6] Drop bike and curl up in a ball to avoid on coming riders...

7] Remain in the fetal position untill all riders have passed...

8] Pick up bike and go directly to Jail do not pass go, do not collect £200.

9] Hang head in shame... and remember "Your doing this on a BURNER!"
