Yeah I had a look on the martin-bike website steve - closest thing i could see that had that look was the "Tioga Ultra Dyno"

Yeah stick it up mate 

The more I look the more I'm thinking they are tiogas - if you look closely on the goose theres no offset on the chainring so it's more than likely a 130bcd shimano/takagi/tioga fitment spider so the tioga fits the bill  put that with the slotted chrome end cap and it looks the part I guess
