bumped into a good pal of mine and he sent me some from his collection.......

thought I would share them with you for a giggle.....

undertaker was one f my fave tricks.....

Who are the other guys?

Broadmarsh always looked like a great scene

Donovan Pennant (and owner of the photos too), Nick Martin (he had a tache from birth) - both correctly named

others in the posey group shot are Graham Butterworth at the front - incredibly talented but a little loopy up top, ended up going down a dodgy path Im afraid....shame....and the other chap is Mark Hyson - local boy who's dad used to drive us all across the country for the BFA comps...

broadmarsh shot - lad called Tank front left, still see him, very funny lad if a little crazy, then Big Dave (havent seen him since those shots!) Donovan Nick Martin and me......

Nick is still around but doesnt have any interest in little bikes any more....donovan is riding a short haro with a coaster brake (soon to go)......got a few of the boys to venture down to my park recently......

and Broadmarsh scene was good........many many memories.....not much of it left now though.....but a few pass through on monday nights apparently...just to keep the dream alive ;-)

I remember your letter to Action Bike that prompted their article on Nottingham and Broadmarsh....it was around the Lifes a Beach surf wear time....as i think everyone in the article was wearing those Lifes a Beach trousers

Yep" Ross the Boss " was correct. Some of old school riders do meet up every Monday neet darn the humps. Usually 'bout 7. We're not there to break any records, just ride the old skool way to make us smile.
