In the article he does talk about starting a BMX magazine
Can't be many Higginsons in the North that started BMX magazines

There was definietly a Martin Higginson involved with that magazine. He used to get to quite a few of the early BFA comps just before Mark Noble got involved. Good on him if its the same guy.
