did notice that meticus but figured people on here would realise the mistake   :daumenhoch:  its a car shop after all,  however there are few places describing them as being carbon fibre composit,  confused now are they graphite? is that the same as carbon fibre? i ask because honestly i don't know, i'm sure someone does, skyway describe them as carbon fibre  :-\  :-\  :-\

Theres a lot of Tuff talk going down on this thread  ;D

I had OGKs so I always had to argue my case against the TUFF BOYZ... then Ron Wilkerson rocked OGKs and I laughed!

My fave colour OGKs was WHITE as thats what I had but I don't think I ever saw any other colour.... was there?

I think there's mileage in a conker/pinata style battle between OGKs and Tuffs to see which breaks first... mag wheels and string smashing the shit out of each other - lets DO IT!   :crazy2:

( before I catch some serious 'feelings' over this I'm not saying Tuffs aren't great - Skyway has always been the spidermonkeys undercarriage - its just i didn't ride them so I don't feel emotional about them. I never had Performer in 85 either which is why I'm lovin the Firebirds mmmmm )   :daumenhoch:

The Tuff and OGK Conker Smash OFF !!

Let's get that organised for MK10....Never ridden a set of OGK Think they made grips for Kuwahara as well at some point  :P
Firebirds are cool I never owned one but they have grown on me over the years and Gly Lewis was a rad lad BITD.

 ;)

Well I now have a spare OGK thanks to Del who has just sorted me out with a pair so I'm ready. I might soak it in vinegar to make it stronger!

Glynn OWNED Gillingham Skatepark - he used to get some serious air in that place. RIP Gillingham.

had a set o white OGK's  actually swapped a pair of yellow alloy hubbed tuffs for em (was chuffed at the time,if only i'd known  :idiot2:), i ended up swapping them and a set o blue zeds for a pair of my favourate color dark blue tuffs,(was more chuffed with that swap but still :idiot2:)  OGK's were just a bit flexy and of course there was always the dilemmer of which way to put the front wheel on, angle forward,or angle backwards,  gurentee one of your mates would say you should turn it round   :2gunsfiring_v1:    :LolLolLolLol:  ,,, mag conckers  pmsl  :LolLolLolLol: :LolLolLolLol:,   :daumenhoch: i've got a red acorn mag its only a sixer though (thats how many times i rode it before it broke)  :LolLolLolLol:

Mag Conkers for the 2012 Olympics... join the team now  :LolLolLolLol:

OGKs aren't 'flexy'  :yahoo_silent:

I always felt they had a bit more 'movement' about them than Tuffs and there was only ever one way round to have them as far as I was concerned... same direction as the back one  :daumenhoch:

Tuffs are for puffs  :2funny:

OGKs and peregrines all day  :4_17_5:

On the idea of conkers ,bitd me and a m8 tried to destroy a yellow front tuff. We threw it at walls ,proped it between curb and road and jumped on it.
The fooking thing wouldnt break. So we decided to give it some of his dads blow torch. The gas ran out and i got bored so went to watch tv.
Then the screaming started ,i looked out window to see flames licking up from the bottom of the garden.
He'd swapped the can but not fitted it correctly (only being about 13 years old and not reading instructions ) lit it and the whole lot went up in his hands.
I still laugh when i think what may have happened that day  :2funny: :fart:
We never did break the fooking thing ,but just remember the curse of the tuff breakage challenge.

It may end in tears  ;D

I do like the OGK's as well but prefer Tuff's.  I was tempted to get some OGK's for a build I was going to do but something else came up and the plans went out of the window; I may get round to doing it again sometime in the future though.
