what would be the era correct type of brake and lever  that would have been used on my 96 auburn. the frame has the canti type frame bosses. thanx

if you got pics so i can source the right type this would also be great  :daumenhoch:

any canti type brake really, retro shimano lx,deore,xt,xtr...

general lee had one in the for sale section i think,

or theres a nice deore on the bay atm :daumenhoch:

I have a pair of retro Shimano Deore LX canti brakes, still in the box from 1992. in black - and a tech 77 lever would be right - I have a load of them too - pm me if you are interested wolfy. thats my old auburn by the way!
