Lee was running on adrenalin today and looking super quick.  Great results in both classes.  Tony, good to meet up with you and I think the chances of Spillers not talking to you are extremely rare!!  :D We're not going to hear the end of his weekend!!   ::) Humps

Spillers is turning into a 4X and Old School specialist.

Lee got one of the biggest cheers of the day when he crossed the line in 3rd.

And to think this time last year, Lee, you were talking about packing in and going back to racing motor bikes, you silly sod.  You are down for life like the rest of us.

Spillers - you did us all proud... was a pretty poor showing from the rest of us - me and paul just couldnt get in the groove on a very unschool friendly track, Big Kev just had the most unluckiest of weekends with crashes and side plate issues and mike was nursing a hand injury all weeken; Lee you made it look easy - well chuffed for you mate.

sorry couldnt stay around for your presentation hope you enjoyed your moment....  you can tell me all about it on saturday at the track....

Healing Vibes to Claire Morrison btw

Congrats to all for one of the best BMX weekends of my life. (must train harder! you see what its all about at that level!)

Even avoided all the traffic on the way home!

Marvellous

(I wonder if Lee's stopped talking..... nah.....)

If the Elite mens winner came from South region, he wouldnt have got a bigger cheer. Well done to all the other guys too.

Cheers Lee. Nice to meet you and race you . What a great weekend it was apart from the crash but these things happen. Hopefully we'll meet again next year in 40-45 cruisers  :daumenhoch:

And well done on getting on that podium   :4_17_5:

Got to admit andy you were the faster guy you beat me in a moto and in the semi just bad luck you stacked it down the first straight  ;) but it shows how hard the racing was  :daumenhoch: 40-44 cruisers is the modern old skool anyway  :LolLolLolLol:

Yeah, major props to the Scottish mob.  They were mad for it and really got in the spirit.

That semi was just one race too far for me.  Was pretty knackered and battered by that point which is probably what caused me to crashed on the third straight.  I'm glad I did it though.  It was an experience riding that 18 year old bike on such a rad track.  Loved riding the cruiser though.

Well done that man, can't tell you how much I wanted to be part of it all but knowing you done so well brings a smile to my face. We gotta keep old school alive, it's what made the sport what it is today.
