bent handlebars restoration
« on: September 22, 2009, 01:34 PM »
Just got some bars arrived from america, not happy at all with the condition described as scratched, they appear to have been bent down on one side to a 90 degree angle, and then bent back, leaving the tubing misshapen in the process, I've asked for a partial refund but not heard back yet, just wondering if anyone knows of a way to tidy these up, would viceing the tubing where its flatted make it any rounder? they're chrome so I don't want to damage the finish if i can help it,

Cheers,  :daumenhoch:
