Hiya all, this sounds like its going to be a mercenary post, but its not

I have recently dug out my old Redline ST-20 and the serial number dates it to 1983 which tallies with my memory :)....I have found it hard to find out too much information about my ride, but would like to know a rough value to find out if It is worth me selling it on or not.......If it isn't worth a decent amount I would keep it, but with money tight an all that......

I'll put up pictures if it helps, but basically its in survivor condition running white skyways with alloy hubs........and some old cracked red snake bellys!

And it has a few battle scars for which I have the matching ones on my shins ect ;)

Any ideas??cheers

Nice, if thats your rider from bitd you will probably regret selling it, as many have.
Got some good bits on it too,  my guess would be £250/300 if sold complete, as it looks in pretty good condition.
Some might pay more, some less, generally more money is made if its sold in bits. But that would be a shame as its lasted this long built up.

I won't sell it for that price.....it means more to me than that ;)

thanks for the info tho, and I might have to brush up on my skills and get riding it again.....I'm 40 this week and need a midlife crises thing to keep me occupied.

and I won't break it........no way :daumenhoch:

those stickers look like 1985 to me, you sure it's a '83? what's your serial mate?

i wouldn't sell it if it's the old ride from bitd. i still pine for my old proline  :'(

yep....its an 'RC' start to the serial number.....and ive bitten the bullet and stuck it on the bay.I don't want to.....really REALLY don't want to, but needs must.I'll put a reserve on it tho......if it doesn't make it, I'll hang it on the wall ;)

Right guys, it's on the dreaded bay ...... I've started it at £250 as that is what someone offered me last year and I have too many bikes and my direction has changed a fair bit.....
I would rather it go to someone who appreciates the age and wants to give it the love it deserves!

Cheers, pat
