How old is this Redline RL 20II ?

I am restoring it and i need the date to choose the right decals (1985/1986)

I am also looking for the original color (numbers): California Red for this project and
radberry and hazard yellow for two other frames.

thats helps, thank you, but at the first look this system seems to be a little bit  "confused"
that means that i need the simplier, first version of the frameset.

Now i must work out the "color job"
