Can someone Ident this Handlebar? Skyway?

I don't think they are Skyway, look a bit like JMC to me

If i look at the Skyway bar on Ebay i see straight knurrling, this here has crossed knurrling

Yes this is what I was trying to think of

I had some Diamond Back a similar shape but they were stamped ' Diamond Back Chrome Moly' on the bar that goes down from the crossbar to the stem     Not sure on the knurling situation though 

So basically none the wiser

Deffo Diamond Back in style and finish - I also have a set, but they are also stamped so have a really good look on the downtubes in case it's feint.

I seem to remember the knurling spaced apart for the mongoose gold stem???

welds and the top look like my woody itsons, but mine seem squarer at the bottom, and its a single knurl too
