Old School racked again in the North.

4 finals!!

The A final was great to watch - close racing.

Bad news about Iain - nasty and I hope he heals quick.

Well done Flem, Jamie and all at Preston for a cracking job.

Had a great day and it was great to meet all the O/S racers again, top bunch of lads and a right good laugh.

Not sure what happened in the semis when myself and Chewy locked bars, I think there were 4 of us going for the same spot - hope your ok Chris. I have a huge bruise and some gravel rash on my left leg/arse cheek. Nice.

Big thanks to the Preston lads for putting on the day and providing a winners trophy, thought that was a really nice touch.

Get well soon Ian, hope the op goes well.

I've got the identical wounds on my left leg and a few extra wounds after my B final crash as well

i think maybe show and shine is a safer option for me :LolLolL
The standard of racing in the A final was nothing but amazing , how fast were those guys

Id be up for some O/S coaching, god knows I need it, Moley your getting faster all the time mate.

O/S group sessions sound like a great idea, can you do jumping lessons Flemdog? we can wrap moley up in bubble wrap first.

I can / will improve you all round, jumping, manualing, pumping, squashing, speed-jumping, gating, first 10 metres / sprint technique...
Safety first with me too, (unlike some coaches), I don't let any of the kids / dads do anything if they are simply not up for it yet...

and conquer a few fear factor demons each session to put a smile on your face all week... (should have seen my face when I first jumped the pro section and triples at Crewe in the floodlights, now that's freakin' scary!).

I can work with a group up of to 15 chaps, but you can appreciate that a one on one session will hold more instant benefits, saying that, it's always a great session when there's a group too as everyone eggs each other on for some Dutch courage...
