Well only 1 day to go bin on this elf twice up and down the road only! never bin on the dirt with it! Neva bin in a proper race! Neva bin near a starting gate! Racing uniform consists of a pair of jeans and a long sleve t-shirt? 1984 helmet...........gonna be laugh tho!!!

Creamy has chickened out again.

I am bringing my Elf as a spare rider (if we can build nerdbenw's in time).

So I was going to take creamy. So I have got room for an extra bike.

If anyone wants to race but is without a bike to ride then LMK today that your definitely going to race and I'll squish another bike into the back of my car.

If Ben's bike is built and ready to race then that will mean I have 2 spare BMX ready, willing and able to race!!!

So being without a bike is a poor excuse.

If your without Helmet, pads, gloves etc etc then speak up and we'll try and accomodate you.

Its the start of Winter series so its best to join in the fun now so that you get your trophy at the end of the series. Your wife/girlfriend will love you much more for being such a radical dude and give you more sex!! THATS A FACT!!!

....it's true. I don't even race, but all I have to do is return from gate practice with a manly sweat-on and I'm dragged upstairs for some 'nooky' or 'hows-your-father', so make sure you all turn up if you want to get your end away.
Anyroadup, been doing track work all yesterday with the Flemfuhrer and Andy Lennon and the track is mint. We've also had a full service on the gate system and it's dropping better than ever. I don't know if Andy will be racing though, he's off work with a trapped nerve in his leg.
Other Preston news- Bofs just been voted onto the Committee as Rider Representative, so expect to see him flouncing round in his Pirates blazer and cravatte tomorrow...After much lobbying we're going to organise to temporarily in-fill the last doubles on the first straight with plywood for a couple of gate practices, giving everyone (including me!) a chance to jump this 'must-do' jump. I'll be measuring up for this today and will keep you posted....that'll be a busy gate practice!....There will be no food available from the cabin tomorrow, only the 'Spud and Grill' catering van, however, we will have the boiler on all day for club volunteers, so give me a shout if you want a wet ( I might be busy marshalling though)...otherwise, looking forward to a good days racing tomorrow at 'the Home of Oldschool' and probably see a load of you down there today at gate practice...toodlepip.

If it wasn't a 160 mile round trip I was gonna try and get to practice today... but its more practical to have a roll round Leeds (fearnville) instead...

Anyone from the Leeds area...? I'll be down around lunchtime I hope... falling off a Burner with 'style'....

Cld do with some proper clothing if someone cld lend me some? Just a top wld do? Do u really need pads?

The Legend that is Phil C has been doing O/S racing for years mate
and he still shows up in sweatshirt and jeans every race ,

the only special prepping he does , is a FULL body shave

He's like a baby from the waist down

I don't mean he's got a baby's arm

A mate of mine is gonna come down tomorrow for a go at racing
he's never been on a track before and hasn't been on a bmx for about 20 years
so to say he is bricking it is an understatemant

Got a 5 off daz this morning but he said it would be wrong to put the new school number on the plate

I think I've got a black 8 and 5 but not Haro though. They are Landar (if you remember them), NOS, but are a bit smaller than Haro numbers (about 4"). If you want 'em I can go and dig 'em out and they are yours.

If you could bring the 5 for me mate that would be great
