Firstly guys thanks for a great day, as always. I would also like to thank everyone on Ian's behalf for the kind words and best wishes, he's not in a good way.

I have just got home from Preston I ended up staying the night. Spent a few hours with Ian last night and then saw him again this morning.

He has shattered his elbow and broken his forearm about an inch from the top. He was told last night that if they cant repair the bones then they will need to replace with a plastic joint. He had a meeting with a specialist this morning who has recommended him for a CT scan to get a much clearer picture of the extent of the damage.

I left him at 10am and he is currently still waiting bored out his skull as his tele has just packed in. I'm sure if any of you Preston guys have time he would be glad to see you.
His wife is heading down today until he gets released so that should help him.

Thanks again everyone and lets hope he is back on the track soon.

p.s Thank to Flemdog for the gate tips, it definitely helped me get to the A final. That and a few fallers in the semi.

Definitely............But my head will be pixelated when edited!!

I think that the tabletop cover needs to be in place and start gates need to available.

We'd also need to know about coaching/session time length and costs per head for 15 riders.

What a frickin top day that was! The racing at Preston is always fierce, but that was an absolute classic. So many good moments it's hard to pick one out- Mark Egans freesyle jumping (how the hell did you recover that Mark? 10% less effort, 20% faster...), Flems move in the A-final, The OS final, Jack Hall showing he can more than mix it with the big lads, my missus' flapjack........all good. The Club Champs/ OS Grands is going to be mental next year!
As for the plywood infill for the double, I'm on with it in the next couple of weeks. If you're organising a training day with Das Flemfuhrer I'll make sure it's in place for then. Finn wants a go at jumping the doubles too, so he'll be pestering me as well.
Get well soon to Ian Archibold , I hope it doesn't put the Scottish contingency off visiting, they're a top lot, and they're even swelling the junior ranks now.
See you at gates next week...?

The Only downside is it takes 14 hours to upload each moto!!

All of the footage should be up by Wednesday night!!

OS Moto 2 gate 2 is good to watch (when it uploads)!!

Bren gets his ass whooped by a furry short-sighted underground dweller!!

Some of the Novice races were mental. That lad on the Black/Gold NS Ripper!!

I'd be up for a group coaching session.

Speaking as a newbie thought; I appreciate that it may be difficult to coach a wide range of abilities at the same time, so wouldn't want to ruin a session for any of the more experienced OSers.
