First practice sesh went OK.

Didn't jump anything but I was surpirsed how rideable everything was (if that makes sense). Was completely knackered by the 3rd straight but I've been told I pedal too much!!?? Is this possible?

Not sure how I'll do on the day with a gate start though, I'll just have to wing it.

Off topic - will I be chastised for wearing a mid-school GT race shirt whilst racing an old-school Mongoose bike?

well guys i reckon im on the injured not riding list
went to yeadon sunday and came off trying to jump the step up .me jump lol should have known better

anyways got some gravel rash and hurt my shoulder and top of my leg hurt.got up this morning and can barely move my arm and my leg is well bruised and proper sore .

i keep telling people practicing s no good just gets ya injured beore a race lol

Yep, 10am till 11am for registration. If your late then ring someone and we'll sign you in!!

Tartan Army is coming down for a raid. So Masters and OS should be fairly competitive.

So you should do both!!

Anyone know what time gate practice at Preston is on Saturday? was gonna ride over on Wednesday but thats not looking likely....

If its at a time that suits I'll come over on Saturday... otherwise its a trip to Leeds for a roll round instead.

I've had it fitted with BMX sensors throughout.... any bike within 20ft of the beast and the ignition cuts out.

we are all safe.

She's very nice though strangely enough I can't get as many bikes in the back as the old Mazda..

Gate practice at Leeds starts again at 2pm sat 10th Oct after the summer/winter break

I'll try and get down but it could be pushing it with Preston being an 'all dayer'
