Thats a bit SHXTE, I won some f/fs a while ago and when I tried to confirm post and packaging cost I got no reply tried emailing no answer, got their number from ebay still no answer. Then a couple of months later it was back on by the same seller

its not just a problem on ebay, bmxmuseum is a nightmare for people doing that, agreeing to sel only to refund you saying that want to keep......
report thrm to ebay and send a copy of the message they sent you got a feling ebay wil ban them for that

leave them negative feedback for sure,

a few of these and they'll stop scamming,

report them to ebay too, send a copy of the message you got

i spotted that frame and messaged her to say her postage cost was way to high,would she consider using parcel2go.com

I didnt bid on it,but she messaged after the auction saying she would look further into postage costs in the future.

wouldnt be surprised if its re-listed,or someone has measged her saying i will give you x amount for it

just sign them up for loads of mail order rubbish the sort of tat you get in those magazines that come with the sunday papers,or you could go online and order all manner of  free things for them.

by the way ,was it a peugeot frame,or something else re badged.it looked like cast ali.strange looking thing

The same hapened to me,won a f&f a month or so ago for £20 or so,paid straight away and the next day it had been re-listed with a slightly different listing so i phoned him and he told me it was an over sight and it had been posted but he had broken his arm but i would receive the f&f in the next few days,i checked on the item on ebay a few days later and any history of the item being listed had been deleted as if it had never existed,now he doesnt answer the phone,his call minder to the landline is full and i think he has another ebay name because i found a Hutch f&f for buy it now £120 still in its packaging,the description was very uncannilly similar to the one i bid on(although a different item) with the same spelling mistakes and i`m sure the same fence in the background and his feedback had things bought by the original ebay name,maybe scam buying to bump the price up,both had the same kind of negative feedback and followed on from each other when one was shut down.I did get my money back from paypal though.
