Not sure if this will help or not, but i repainted my 88 master.
there was some original paint left and i found Rover Pageant mid blue matched.

I dont know the RAL code for it but the name should be good enough.

I dont know if its a 100% match but it looked very close to me.

Looking at your frame, it may be a little darker than that blue. Did the Haro blue change over the years?

Ill take my frame outside and take a pic so you can see how the colour looks.

Its not the best paint job in the world, and i had to loose the chrome, but its a rider so i dont care

Theres alot of late 80's haro builds going on at the moment!

I did try to find the code, but all the people that know wont say.

Chip in the USA would only sell me the powder, wouldnt tell me the code.

This rover colour did look bob on to me though.
Luckily, i already had the paint too!

I must say, that's pretty damn close if not spot on mate! Shame nobody told you what the Ral colour is though...  I've PM'd Dom and Jay to find out if they know. Thanks again for the pics!

First will be rovers code, second should be the mix code

I used a halfords spray can, but any paint supplier will be able to mix it from the name anyway, they will have the proper codes themselves.

That blue code supplied was the wrong one, at least Dan is understanding about it.... back to the drawing board again...

20E51 from the B.S. 4800 chart might be worth a punt Matt.  Or from the RAL chart is a slightly darker shade, 5012

Mark thanks mate  that 20E51 does look quite close, I'll speak with Dan.

Also I've emailed DansHaros to find out if he knows what the exact paint code/ral is.
